The Big Picture

What this tool does in 30 seconds

The Transcreation Engine takes a piece of English marketing content and adapts it — text and visuals — for any combination of 27 global markets. It's not translation. It's culturally-aware rewriting powered by Claude AI, with image generation for every market.

Load Your Content

Choose how to bring content into the engine

You have three ways to get content in. Pick whichever works for your situation:

🔗

Paste a URL

Enter a live webpage URL and the engine scrapes the content automatically. Great for landing pages already on the web.

📚

Sample Content

Pre-loaded ADP examples — perfect for your first run. Includes a landing page, enterprise solution page, and blog post.

📋

Paste Text

Paste content as structured JSON. Useful when you have copy already extracted from a document or CMS.

🎯
First time? Use "Sample Content". Select one of the ADP samples from the dropdown to see how it all works before using real content.
2

Preview Your Content

Confirm everything loaded correctly before proceeding

After loading, you'll see a preview card showing your content broken down into sections. Each section is tagged by type:

Content Preview
TagColourMeaning
headingRedMain headline or H1
subheadingBlueSection headline
paragraphGrayBody copy
listGreenBullet or numbered list
ctaOrangeCall-to-action button text

Check the section count and CTAs look right, then click "Continue to Market Selection".

Select Target Markets

Pick which markets to transcreate for and configure image generation

The market grid shows all 27 supported markets grouped by region. Click any market card to toggle selection. Eight markets are pre-selected by default.

Processing

Sit back while the AI does the heavy lifting

The engine runs through two phases automatically:

🔎

Analysis (~30 sec)

Claude reads your content and extracts themes, tone, audience, and areas that need cultural adaptation.

Transcreation (5-10 min)

Each market gets transcreated text, a visual brief, and generated images — all streamed in real time.

You'll see a live dashboard during processing:

Review & Export

Approve, edit, or reject — then download everything

Once processing completes, you land on the results page with three viewing modes:

Side-by-Side

Original content on the left, transcreated on the right. Switch markets using tabs. This is the default view.

📈

Market Overview

All markets as cards in a grid with status badges. Click any market to jump to its side-by-side view.

🖼

Visual Gallery

Lightbox gallery of all generated images grouped by market. Click to enlarge, arrow keys to navigate.

Review Actions

For every transcreated section and image, you have four options:

✓ Approve ✎ Edit ✗ Reject 💬 Note

Approve marks the section as final. Edit opens an inline editor so you can tweak the copy directly. Reject asks for a reason. Note lets you add a comment without changing the status. Images also have a Regenerate option that lets you edit the prompt and re-generate.

A sticky bar at the bottom tracks your review progress and provides export options:

Remember: no data is saved between sessions. Export your results before closing the tab. If you need to re-run, you'll start from scratch.
